Last night, Joe said:
"hippy, hip hop hiop....it's under...underneath like the carhart. It's like a car but..."
I really tried to get what a carhart is out of him, but noting...
Off to the airport!

Joe says crazy things in his sleep.
Almost every night, Joe wakes up and says something crazy. He's not awake, but is in a full conversation nonetheless. The past few weeks have been particularly active for him...and it is hilarious!
Here are some examples:
"You're all a bunch of bums...trying to make me budget...BUD GET!"
"It's the most important thing in the world."
(me:"what is?")
"Texas Quarter."
"You know you're a really pretty girl don't you?"
(me:"Really? What's my name?")
"Goldie."
"It's about me for once!"
"slip, slippity, slippy slide"
This post is not to embarrass Joe, just to have a record of the incredibly funny things he says when he doesn't know it.
Most of the time, he just speaks nonsense, but I love baiting him to see what he says.
Joellen (Joe's mom) told me she's seen him sleepwalking! I hope that doesn't happen anytime soon.
Let's try this again!
Since I've had so much free time, I think I'll try to start the Blog again...but no promises this time.
Joe and I are getting ready for our trip out west. I'm leaving for Scottsdale Tuesday, and Joe will follow me out Thursday.
I'm looking forward to seeing friends, and of course, Katie!
Joe is most likely looking forward to actually taking time off. Also, it's Phx Open time.
After that, Joe returns home, and I'm off to Miami!! I'm meeting up with Tara and Kerri. Kerri Mello just turned the big 3-0! So we're off to celebrate for a few days.
It's tough to be me.

We're serious this time....`~
I'll admit, we have been slacking with the blog, but here we go:
September/October:
~Joe and I started work! Joe's started at Thompson Hine, where he has spent his last two summers. I started at LVI Environmental Services, which is...a colorful place to work.
~Our good friends Drew and Jess got engaged and we're in the wedding!
~We've been working hard to get the house looking nice and we're slowly, but surly filling it with furniture. We finally have an office! Man room is in the works.
~My uncle, aunt, and two cousins came into town and we had a blast with them. We got to go to the zoo, aquarium, and museum.
~We've spent a good amount of quality time at the river house with Joe and Joellen.
~Myles the dog is getting ready for the paw rade tomorrow.
~A huge congrats to My friend Lori, who had baby Jagger at the end of September! Stephanie and Stacy are almost there...
~Thanks to all the Russell's who came out to our housewarming party.
~I'm looking forward to spending some quality time back home soon.
More to come I promise!

Hello from the middle!
Hey everyone. While we have both been anti-blog for our entire lives, we have finally given in to the overwhelming temptation to make a blog. It's difficult to keep in touch with friends and family on the east and west coasts and in Joe's case, even his family in the Midwest and south. So, we figured we'd use a blog as an opportunity to just post little things that we've been up to.
We've both had a lot of time to adjust and readjust to Cincinnati as neither of us start work for another couple weeks. We've taken time to explore the various amusement parks, restaurants, sites, and the river club in the area. We've also had the opportunity to put a lot of time and effort into shopping for the new house. Unfortunately, given Myles' neediness, we cannot leave the house for more than 15 minutes at a time.
Additionally, we've started the long process of wedding planning. Megan knows more about weddings than any healthy individual should after reading an encyclopedia worth of magazines of the topic. She has taken to quizzing me frequently with regard to wedding etiquette. I am almost always wrong. We think we've finally find a place near our house to do the reception, a beautiful cathedral again by our house for the ceremony, and hotels nearby to put everyone up in. We're both very excited for the wedding although we are heathens (according to local church guidelines) and plan to make the wedding a great time for everyone (which is perhaps why we are such heathens).
We're missing everyone back in Boston. I personally am missing Uncle Jimmy's fishing trips, having my hear grinded into by Elise's feet Gabrielle's lovely bi-musical performances, and Consuelo's delicious cooking. Of course, I miss the guys from law school. Most of all, perhaps, I miss having competent sports teams. But the Reds will return to glory. Megan is missing her family but my fam is doing their best to make her feel welcome.
My parents are headed to Alaska. Unfortunately, Michele will be in Covington the exact time.
That's all for now,
Team Mussell
